中医治疗化疗后恶心呕吐研究进展

Research Progress on Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Nausea and Vomiting after Chemotherapy

癌症是目前全球人口的主要死因之一,造成严重的社会负担。化学治疗是恶性肿瘤极其重要的治疗手段之一,在临床上普遍应用,但化疗往往会带来恶心、呕吐等消化道反应,严重者可导致化疗的中断。中医药在防治化疗后消化道反应上有明显的临床疗效。此文将从中药汤剂口服、穴位贴敷、艾灸、针刺等方面进行分析,为中医药防治化疗后恶心呕吐提供参考,现作如下综述。

Cancer is one of the major causes of death worldwide,causing serious social burden.Chemotherapy,as one of the most important treatment methods for malignant tumors,is widely used in clinical practice.However,chemotherapy often brings nausea,vomiting and other gastrointestinal reactions,which may lead to the interruption of chemotherapy in severe cases.Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious clinical effect on the prevention and treatment of digestive tract reaction after chemotherapy.This article will analyze the oral administration of Chinese medicine decoction,acupoint application,moxibustion,acupuncture and other aspects to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy with traditional Chinese medicine.The summary is as follows.
