滨海城市地下空间开发综合潜力评价模型 被引量:2

摘要 在传统滨海城市地下空间潜力评价中,通常是根据当地工程地质特点构建统一的评价体系,运用模糊综合层次分析法完成评价。而在实际情况中,需综合考虑开发区的基岩与土体区域分布不均、开发条件不同及社会经济特点的影响,在此基础上选取具有滨海城市特点的评价因子,分别构建土体区域与基岩区域的开发潜力评价指标体系,采用组合赋权法结合模糊综合评价理论构建综合评价模型,并利用该模型结合GIS技术得到开发区综合开发潜力分区图,为实际地下空间开发提供了理论支撑。同时通过对比可知,运用层次分析法—主成分分析法(AHP-PCA)构建的模糊综合评价模型得到的结果将较传统方法所得结果更加科学可靠。 In the traditional coastal city underground space potential evaluation,a unified evaluation system is usually built according to the local engineering geological characteristics,and the evaluation is completed using fuzzy integrated hierarchical analysis method.While in the actual situation,it is necessary to comprehensively consider the uneven distribution of bedrock and soil areas,different development conditions and socio-economic characteristics of the development zone.On this basis,evaluation factors possess coastal cities characteristics are selected,and the development potential evaluation index systems of soil areas and bedrock areas are constructed,respectively,and a comprehensive evaluation model is constructed by using the combination of assignment method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory.A comprehensive development potential zoning map of the development zone is obtained by combined the model with GIS,which provides theoretical support for the actual underground space development.Meanwhile,through comparison,it can be seen that the results of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model constructed by Analytic Hierarchy Process-Principal Component Analysis(AHP-PCA)method will be more scientific and reliable than those obtained by traditional methods.
