极差分析法在隧道支护优化设计中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 近年来越来越多的人工智能技术被应用于隧道辅助设计,然而大部分隧道数据量不足以支撑构建准确度较高的模型。为此,本研究首先基于以往施工中的少量支护数据,分析了各围岩特征对于支护材料的影响程度。进一步依据极差分析结果,绘制围岩特征与支护材料关系曲线,通过拟合曲线方程,分析了各围岩特征与支护材料相关性。随后,通过2个案例对比了极差分析插值和拟合曲线的支护参数预测结果,认为极差分析与实际支护方案较为接近。 Recent years,more and more artificial intelligence technologies have been applied to the auxiliary design of tunnels.However,the model is low accuracy due to lack of support data.Based on a few of support data in previous construction,this study firstly analyzes the influence of surrounding rock characteristics on support materials.Furthermore,according to the results of range analysis,the relationship curve between surrounding rock characteristics and supporting materials is drawn.The correlation formulas between surrounding rock characteristics and supporting materials are analyzed by fitting the curve.Two cases were posted to compare the range analysis interpolation and fitting formula.The compare result shows that the range analysis is close to the actual support design.
