急性一氧化碳中毒患者血清S100β、NSE、GFAP水平变化及其临床意义

Changes and clinical significance of serum S100β, NSE and GFAPlevels in patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning

摘要 选取2018年11月—2021年8月本院收治的39例急性CO中毒迟发性脑病患者作为观察组,根据病程不同分为急性中毒期、假愈期和迟发性脑病期3个亚组。同时选取39例健康受试者作为对照组,检测两组血清中枢神经特异蛋白(S100β)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、神经胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)表达水平。观察组各期S100β含量分别为(10.02±0.73)、(7.64±0.60)、(6.87±0.76)ng/ml,NSE含量分别为(44.76±4.59)、(34.88±3.39)、(28.68±3.81)ng/ml,GFAP含量分别为(146.65±10.60)、(103.98±16.29)、(82.55±17.65)pg/ml,各指标均明显高于对照组;对照组S100β含量(5.44±0.89)ng/ml(F=136.997,P<0.01),NSE含量(17.74±3.91)ng/ml(F=156.799,P<0.01),GFAP含量(56.05±8.67)pg/ml(F=145.117,P<0.01)。迟发性脑病期3项指标含量与急性中毒期和假愈期相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着病情进展,S100β、NSE、GFAP含量呈下降趋势;诊断急性CO中毒性脑病进展曲线下面积,S100β0.699、NSE 0.728、GFAP 0.724,3项指标联合为0.749。急性CO中毒后血清S100β、NSE、GFAP表达水平均出现明显变化,对急性CO中毒的病情判断及早期干预具有重要作用。
