针刺治疗干燥综合征临床疗效的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Sjogren’s Syndrome

目的系统评价针刺治疗干燥综合征的临床疗效。方法计算机检索针刺治疗干燥综合征随机对照试验文献,检索时限为各数据库建库至2022年3月1日,使用RevMan 5.4进行Meta分析。结果共纳入10篇文献,包括725例患者。结果表明相较常规治疗方法,针刺可提高临床总有效率,增加唾液流率、Schirmer试验差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组ESSRPI差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺治疗干燥综合征患者临床疗效较好,未来需要大样本、多中心的随机对照试验进一步验证。

Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome.Methods The randomized controlled trials of acupuncture in the treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome were searched by computer.The search time limit was from the establishment of each database to March 1,2022.RevMan 5.4 was used for Meta analysis.Results A total of 10 publications were included,including 725 patients.The results showed that compared with conventional treatment,acupuncture could improve the total clinical effective rate and increase the salivary flow rate.The difference was statistically significant in Schirmer test(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ESSRPI between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture in the treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome has better clinical efficacy.Further validation by large-sample and multicenter randomized controlled trials is needed.
