探讨燔针劫刺治疗经筋病的机制

The Mechanism of Fanzhen Jieci Acupuncture in Treating Meridian Tendon Diseases

经筋病为临床常见病,具有高发病率及年轻化的趋势,其最早记载首见于《黄帝内经》,该书同时记载了“燔针劫刺”为治疗经筋病的一种有效方法。笔者在查阅大量文献资料的基础上,对经筋病的理论进行了总结,对“燔针劫刺法”进行了探讨,同时结合经筋理论及燔针劫刺概念,探究了燔针劫刺治疗经筋病的作用机制,为进一步的临床研究奠定良好的基础。

Menstrual tendon disease is a common clinical disease with a high incidence and a trend of younger age.It was first recorded in the Huangdi Neijing,which also recorded“Fanzhen Jieci”as an effective method to treat meridian tendon disease.On the basis of consulting a lot of literature,the author summarized the theory of meridian tendon disease and discussed the method of“Fanzhen Jieci”.At the same time,combined with the theory of meridian tendons and the concept of Fanzhen Jieci,the author explored the mechanism of Fanzhen Jieci in treating meridian tendon disease,which laid a good foundation for further clinical research.
