养宫汤治疗人流术后子宫内膜损伤临床观察

Yanggong Decoction in the Treatment of Endometrial Damage after Induced Abortion

目的 探讨养宫汤治疗人流术后子宫内膜损伤的效果。方法 将81例行人工流产术患者随机分为对照组(40例)和观察组(41例),对照组给予雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗,观察组于上述基础上加服养宫汤,共治疗28 d。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分和子宫内膜厚度、月经复潮时间、月经量及孕酮水平。结果 治疗后观察组中医证候积分较对照组低,子宫内膜厚度较对照组高,月经复潮时间较对照组短,随访3个月经周期月经量较对照组多,孕酮水平较对照组高。结论 养宫汤治疗人流术后子宫内膜损伤效果佳,能够改善患者中医症状,增加子宫内膜厚度,缩短月经恢复正常时间,恢复月经量,提升孕酮水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of Yanggong decoction in the treatment of endometrial damage after abortion.Methods 81 patients underwent induced abortion were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(41 cases).The control group was treated with estradiol tablets/didrogesterone tablets,and the observation group was treated with Yanggong decoction on the above basis for 28 days.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,endometrial thickness,menstrual rehydration time,menstrual volume and progesterone level were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the endometrial thickness was higher than that of the control group,the menstrual rehydration time was shorter than that of the control group,the menstrual volume of the follow-up 3 menstrual cycles was higher than that of the control group,and the level of progesterone was higher.Conclusion Yanggong decoction has a good effect on endometrial damage,can improve the symptoms of patients,increase the thickness of endometrium,shorten the normal time of menstrual recovery,restore menstrual volume,and improve the level of progesterone.
