半夏泻心汤治疗寒热错杂型老年不寐临床观察

Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the Treatment of Senile Insomnia of Intermingled Cold and Heat Type

目的探讨半夏泻心汤加味治疗寒热错杂型老年不寐患者的效果。方法纳入81例寒热错杂型的老年不寐患者,信封法随机分为对照组40例和试验组41例。对照组给予常规安眠药物治疗,试验组给予半夏泻心汤加味治疗,均治疗4周。比较2组中医证候积分、匹兹堡睡眠质量量表(PSQI)评分、相关神经递质水平和临床疗效。结果2组治疗后中医证候积分、PSQI量表各项目及总分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),血清5-羟色胺(5-HT)均升高(P<0.05),且试验组上述指标均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与常规安眠药物相比,半夏泻心汤加味治疗寒热错杂型老年不寐患者效果显著,为临床治疗提供思路和借鉴。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified Banxia Xiexin decoction on senile insomnia of intermingled cold and heat type.Methods 81 elderly patients with insomnia of intermingled cold and heat type were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into control group of 40 cases and experimental group of 41 cases by envelope method.The control group was treated with conventional hypnotic drugs,and the experimental group was treated with modified Banxia Xiexin decoction for 4 weeks.TCM syndrome score,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Inventory(PSQI)score,related neurotransmitter level and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,PSQI scale items and total scores were significantly decreased in both groups compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the above indexes in experimental group were significantly better than those in control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional sleeping drugs,the modified Banxia Xiexin decoction has a significant effect on elderly patients with insomnia of intermingled cold and heat type,which provides ideas and reference for clinical treatment.
