Acupuncture and Massage in the Treatment of Medical Emergencies

近年来,中医内科急症的诊断与研究有了较快的发展,有效病种逐渐增加,重症患者的治疗日益改善,辨证与诊断处理也日益规范化,抢救手法与投药途径也有所改进与更新,中医内科急症有发作迅速,变化快,发病较重的临床特征,因此中医医生在诊断时,要及时,准确,果断,更要突出“急则治标,缓则治本”,或标本同治,驱邪扶正等治疗法则。此文通过对中医常见内科急症的概述,病机病理及针灸推拿方法的分析研究以使常见内科急症治疗得到更好的治疗效果。

In recent years,the diagnosis and research of internal medical emergencies in traditional Chinese medicine have made rapid development,the effective disease types have gradually increased,the treatment of severe patients has been improved,the syndrome differentiation and diagnosis and treatment have become increasingly standardized,and the rescue techniques and drug administration methods have also been improved and updated.internal medical emergencies in traditional Chinese medicine have rapid onset,rapid change,severe clinical characteristics,so the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in the diagnosis,to be timely,accurate,decisive,but also to highlight the“symptomatic treatment in acute condition,radical treatment in chronic case”,or treating both manifestation and root cause of disease,promoting the healthy qi and expelling the pathogenic factor and other treatment rules.This paper aims to make the treatment of common internal medical emergencies better through the overview of common internal medical emergencies in traditional Chinese medicine,the analysis and research of pathogenesis pathology and acupuncture and massage methods.
