白涎线及肝瘿线临床治验

Clinical Experience of White Saliva Line and Liver Gall Line

在1600例门诊患者中,发现9例患者的舌象具有典型的白涎线和肝瘿线,其中病种、症状不同,年龄、性别各异,但具有同一种病机。白涎线病机是肝郁气滞、脾失健运,肝瘿线病机为肝郁气滞导致瘀血内阻,甚者为痰瘀互结,故均通过疏肝解郁,健脾化痰,活血通络等法,方剂多用柴胡剂加减达到缓解或治愈目的,体现中医“异病同治”之精髓。

Among 1600 outpatients,9 cases had typical tongue appearance of white saliva line and liver gall line,owning different diseases,symptoms,age and gender,while has the same pathogenesis.The pathogenesis of white saliva line is stagnation of liver and qi and dysfunction of the spleen,and the pathogenesis of liver gall line is stagnation of liver and qi leading to internal obstruction of blood stasis,and even accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis.All through the method of soothing liver-qi,strengthening spleen phlegm,promoting blood circulation,etc.,the prescription is multi-bupleurum,which reflects the essence of“treating different diseases with the same treatment”of traditional Chinese medicine.
