优质护理模式在老年患者髋关节置换术后的应用

The Application of High-quality Nursing Model in Elderly Patients after Hip Replacement Surgery

目的了解优质护理模式在老年患者髋关节置换术后的应用效果。方法选取江西中医药大学附属医院2022年1月—2022年10月收治的120例老年髋关节置换术后患者为研究对象,对照组60例采用常规护理模式,观察组60例采用优质护理模式。结果观察组患者的疼痛缓解时间、住院时间、卧床时间、并发症总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组对护理技术、护理服务、护士态度、病区环境的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预3个月后,观察组患者的疼痛评分比对照组低,髋关节功能评分、日常生活能力评分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年髋关节置换术后患者采取优质护理模式,可促进患者髋关节功能尽快恢复,提高患者对护理服务的总体满意度,临床应用效果值得推荐。

Objective To understand the application effect of high-quality nursing mode in elderly patients after hip replacement surgery.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with hip replacement admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects.60 patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing mode,while 60 patients in the observation group were treated with high-quality nursing mode.Results The pain relief time,hospitalization time,bedtime,and complication rate of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The satisfaction of the observation group with nursing technology,nursing service,nurse attitude,and ward environment was higher than that of the control group.After 3 months of intervention,the pain score of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while the hip joint function score and daily living ability score were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting a high-quality nursing model for elderly patients after hip arthroplasty can promote the rapid recovery of hip function and improve the overall satisfaction of patients with nursing services.The clinical application effect is worth recommending.
