中医药治疗膜性肾病的研究进展

Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Membranous Nephropathy

膜性肾病作为肾病综合征的常见病理类型,其致病原因不明,病程漫长,复发率高,且预后较差,已成为慢性肾脏病中不可忽视的一部分。膜性肾病病因病机复杂多样,临床以本虚标实、虚实夹杂为主,治疗上根据辨证选择以扶正或祛邪法;现对此病的病因病机认识及近年来中医药治疗进展进行综述,并提出祛风除湿法治疗膜性肾病的治疗思路。

Membranous nephropathy is a common pathological type of nephrotic syndrome.Its etiology is unknown,the course of disease is long,the recurrence rate is high,and the prognosis is poor.It has become a part of chronic kidney disease that cannot be ignored.The etiology and pathogenesis of membranous nephropathy are complex and diverse.Clinically,it is mainly based on deficiency and excess,and the combination of deficiency and excess.The treatment is based on syndrome differentiation selection to strengthen the body resistance or eliminate pathogen.This paper reviewed the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease and the progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment in recent years,and put forward the treatment idea of membranous nephropathy treated by dispelling wind and eliminating dampness method.
