差速器壳十字轴孔钻镗专机夹具设计

摘要 针对差速器壳在回转台式钻镗专机上加工十字轴孔的工艺要求,依据差速器壳结构特点,设计制造了一种兼顾多品种、安装方便的钻镗专机使用的专用夹具,解决了一台机床通过更换刀具和少量夹具零件,便捷切换多种型号差速器壳十字轴孔的高效切削加工。该夹具采用一面两销定位,旋转压板压紧,使用液压缸顶出工件,使之离开定位面、定位销,实现了夹具自动定位夹紧和工件顶出,减轻了工人的劳动强度。实践证明,该夹具设计合理,定位夹紧稳定可靠,工件装夹方便,生产效率高,加工精度好。 In response to the process requirements for machining cross shaft holes on the rotary table drilling and boring machine for the differential case,based on the structural characteristics of the differential case,a special fixture for drilling and boring machines that takes into account multiple varieties and facilitates installation has been designed and manufactured.This solves the problem of efficient cutting and machining of cross shaft holes for multiple models of differential cases by replacing cutting tools and a small number of fixture parts on a machine tool.The fixture uses one side with two pins for positioning,a rotating pressure plate for compression,and a hydraulic cylinder to eject the workpiece from the positioning surface and positioning pin,achieving automatic positioning and clamping of the fixture and workpiece ejection,reducing the labor intensity of workers.Practice has proven that the fixture design is reasonable,the positioning and clamping are stable and reliable,the workpiece clamping is convenient,the production efficiency is high,and the processing accuracy is good.
