摘要
采用端氢硅油、烯丙基环氧聚醚和聚醚二胺等作为原料,合成聚醚改性亲水柔软整理剂,探讨了亲水柔软整理剂各方面的稳定性能,并与市场同类有机硅亲水柔软剂、聚氨酯亲水整理剂产品进行比较。结果表明:自制的亲水柔软整理剂的离心、耐酸、耐碱、耐盐、耐硬水稳定性良好,而且用在棉织物和涤纶织物上的手感、亲水性、白度和耐摩擦色牢度均较好。
A polyether modified hydrophilic soft finishing agent was synthesized using hydrogen terminat-ed silicone oil,allyl epoxy polyether,and polyether diamine as raw materials.The stability properties of the hy-drophilic soft finishing agents were discussed and compared with similar organosilicon hydrophilic soft agents and polyurethane hydrophilic finishing agent products in the market.The results showed that self-made hydro-philic and soft finishing agent has good stability in centrifugal stability,acid resistance,alkali resistance,salt re-sistance and hard water resistance,and has good hand feel,hydrophilicity,whiteness,and color fastness to friction when used on cotton and polyester fabrics.
