摘要
为提高纤维素纤维染色过程中活性染料的利用率,采用微悬浮体染色工艺对纯棉针织物进行染色实验,通过微悬浮体助剂MX改变染浴中染料的上染状态,提升活性染料染色利用率,并确定适用于纯棉针织物活性染料染色的优化工艺参数。与传统染色效果相比,助剂MX的应用使活性染料黄3RS、活性染料红3BS、活性染料黑WNN 3只染料的固色率分别提升了2.35%、2.29%、3.30%,有效提高染料利用率,并获得与传统工艺相当的匀染性与色牢度。
In order to improve the utilization rate of reactive dyes in the dyeing process of cellulose fi-bers,the microsuspension dyeing process to dye cotton knitted fabrics was used.Through the influence of mi-crosuspension additive MX on the dye state in the dyeing bath,the utilization rate of reactive dyes was im-proved,and the optimum process parameters suitable for reactive dye dyeing of cotton knitted fabrics were determined.Compared with the traditional dyeing effect,the application of auxiliary MX increased the fixation rate of reactive dyes yellow 3RS,reactive dyes red 3BS and reactive dyes black WNN by 2.35%,2.29%and 3.30%,respectively,which effectively improved the utilization rate of dyes,and obtained the levelness and col-or fastness of samples comparable to the traditional process.
