Application performance of one-bath scouring and dyeing process auxiliary DN-801CN

探究练染一浴助剂DN-801CN的乳化性能、除油性能、去污能力、移染性,并介绍了DN-801CN在练染一浴工艺和工厂生产实践中的应用。结果表明,练染一浴助剂DN-801CN具有优异的除油乳化能力、去污能力和移染性,用量在0.5~1.5g/L时织物就可获得洁净、颜色均匀的布面效果;生产实践结果表明,DN-801CN可有效提高织物染色质量。

The emulsifying efficiency,oil removal efficiency,decontamination efficiency and migration property of one-bath scouring and dyeing process auxiliary DN-801CN were investigated,and the application of DN-801CN in one-bath dyeing process and factory production practice was introduced.The results showed that one-bath scouring and dyeing process auxiliary DN-801CN had excellent oil removal and emulsi-fication ability,decontamination ability and migration,and the cloth effect of clean and uniform color could be obtained when its dosage was 0.5-1.5 g/L.Significantly,the results of production practice demonstrated that DN-801CN could effectively improve fabric dyeing quality.
