摘要
介绍了目前我国石膏制酸联产水泥装置装置协同处理含硫废物情况,从必要性、技术要求、国内外情况及效益等方面,对《石膏制硫酸装置协同处理含硫废物技术规范》的主要内容进行了分析和解读。通过对石膏、含硫废物的综合分析,参照硫酸和水泥等产品标准,该标准规定了协同处理含硫废物的技术要求,以利于石膏制硫酸技术的绿色、低碳、可持续发展,有利于推动我国循环经济发展和无废城市建设。
The current situation of collaborative treatment of sulfur-containing waste in gypsum acid co-production cement plant in China is introduced.The main content of Technical Specification for Collaborative Treatment of Sulfur Containing Waste in Gypsum Sulfuric Acid Plant is analyzed and interpreted from the aspects of necessity,technical requirements,domestic and foreign conditions and benefits.Based on the comprehensive analysis of gypsum and sulfur-containing waste,referring to the product standards of sulfuric acid and cement,the technical requirements for collaborative treatment of sulfur-containing waste are provided,which is conducive to the green,low-carbon and sustainable development of gypsum sulfuric acid production technology,and is conducive to promoting the development of recycling economy and the construction of waste-free city.
