催化装置余热锅炉压力降高原因分析及措施

摘要 某催化装置余热锅炉的脱硝模块为了环保达标不断增加注氨量,从而使脱硝反应深度不够,总体反应温度偏低,间接导致其他一系列问题。采取局部停工更换脱硝催化剂、清理垢层,及时更换助剂,降低床温和主风量,提高余热锅炉吹灰频次,加强日常维护等措施,使后部压力降、排烟温度得到控制,注氨量下降明显,保证了装置长周期运行。 In order to meet the environmental protection standards,the denitrification module of waste heat boiler in a catalytic unit continuously increases ammonia injection,leading to insufficient denitrification reaction depth,low overall reaction temperature,and a series of other indirect problems.By taking measures such as partial shutdown for replacing denitrification catalyst and cleaning fouling layer,timely replacement of auxiliary chemicals,reducing bed temperature and main air volume,increasing blowing frequency of waste heat boiler,and strengthening daily maintenance,the pressure drop and exhaust gas temperature are controlled.The ammonia injection quantity also decreases significantly,ensuring long-term operation of the unit.
