螺旋叶片展开尺寸计算及成形方法

摘要 针对传统公式法计算变螺距螺旋叶片下料尺寸存在的设计效率低的问题,采用Solid Works三维设计软件可以逼真的建立实体模型,使其设计更加简单快捷。介绍了变螺距螺旋叶片的建模过程三维放样,以及螺旋叶片的成形方法及螺旋叶片拉伸机。认为采用Solid Works设计软件,螺旋叶片尺寸控制精确,且利于实现自动化生产;采用螺旋叶片拉伸机生产可降低制作成本。 Aiming at low design efficiency of unfolding dimension calculation for variable pitch helical blade with traditional formula method,the three-dimensional design software Solid Works is used to establish solid model realistically,making design simpler and faster.The modeling process and three-dimensional lofting of variable pitch helical blade,the forming method for helical blade and helical blade stretcher are introduced.It is considered that applying Solid Works design software,the helical blade dimension is controlled accurately,and is conducive to the realization of automated production.Production cost can be reduced by using helical blade stretcher.
