戏仿的侦探小说与解殖民诉求——论周瘦鹃《临城劫车案中之福尔摩斯》

A Parody of Detective Stories and the Appeal of Decolonization:On Zhou Shoujuan’s Sherlock Holmes in the Carjacking Case in Lincheng

《临城劫车案中之福尔摩斯》以民国轰动一时的“临城劫车案”为叙事背景,戏仿了西方侦探小说中的人物形象及斗智情节。在小说滑稽嬉笑的表层叙述下,实则隐含着周瘦鹃对现实强烈的反讽意识及其作为半殖民地文人的民族本位立场与解殖民诉求。同时,小说也不可避免地显露出周瘦鹃的伦理困境、保守倾向与身份焦虑等解殖民迷思。从半殖民与解殖民的视角解读文本,为研究民初半殖民地文人抵抗殖民的文化心态,为探讨个体与现代民族国家意识的深刻关联提供了别一视窗。

Sherlock Holmes in the Carjacking Case in Lincheng takes the sensational Carjacking case in Lincheng in the Republic of China as the narrative background,parodies the characters and the battle of wits in the Western detective novels.Under the comical surface narration of the novel,it actually implies Zhou Shoujuan’s strong sense of irony against the reality and his national position as a semi-colonial literati as well as his pursuit of decolonization.At the same time,the novel inevitably reveals Zhou’s ethical dilemma,conservative tendency and identity anxiety.Interpreting the text from the perspective of semi-colonization and decolonization provides a window for studying the cultural mentality of semi-colonial literati resisting colonization in the early Republic of China and exploring the profound correlation between individual and modern nation-state consciousness.
