转盘过滤机内部流场数值模拟与分析

摘要 利用FLUENT软件完成了滤盘偏置转盘过滤机内部流场的模拟计算,得到了两种工作转速下的液体压力分布云图,分析了压力变化原因和对过滤机结构设计及强度计算的影响。结果表明:过滤机壳体内液体的压力变化呈对顶纺锤形区域分布,滤盘旋转导致区域外的压力变大,并且滤盘偏置侧的压力增加值大于偏离侧,最大值出现在滤盘偏置侧壳体内壁中下部,高转速时液体压力增大值达15%以上,滤盘支撑驱动轴在两侧液体压力差作用下产生周向时变弯曲变形,在过滤机的承压容器壳体与滤盘支撑驱动轴的结构设计和强度计算中应加以考虑。 Based on FLUENT,it realizes the flow field simulation of rotary disc filter with radial offset disc stacking,obtains the cloud image of liquid pressure distribution at two rotating speed.The pressure changing's cause and influence on the structure strength of filter are analyzed.The results show:the pressure change is distributed as two opposite spindles shape,which increases out the shape;the pressure increment on the side of disc radial offsetting approach in the filter shell is more than the opposite side,the max increment appears at the middle and lower side of disc radial offsetting approach;that pressure increment can be 15%more than the static pressure at higher rotating speed;the shaft which supporting and rotating the disc can be bended by the pressure difference,and bending direction will changing in a single rotation.The above content should be considered during the structure design and strength calculation of the filer shell and shaft.
