摘要
以往“现代机械制造技术与装备”研究生课程普遍存在教学内容空泛和教学方法单调的问题,导致学生工程能力培养不足。通过引入制造业工程案例进课堂、开展项目式案例教学实现了产教深度融合;通过跟踪行业需求、对课程内容进行动态优化,加速了课程内容更新迭代;通过建立“前置性、同步性、总结性”多元评价体系、由企业导师与专业教师共同评价与反馈,实现了教学内容及方式的及时优化。课程建设和实践表明,多措并举助力学生理论知识向工程能力转化,教学效果良好,为探索应用型研究生教学改革奠定了基础。
The traditional"modern mechanical manufacturing technology and equipment"graduate course has long suffered from the issues of vague teaching content and monotonous teaching methods,leading to insufficient development of students'engineering capabilities.By introducing manufacturing engineering cases into the classroom,project-based case teaching achieves a profound integration of industry and education;By dynamically tracking industry demands and optimizing course content,the iteration of course updates is expedited;By establishing a multiple evaluation system encompassing"preliminary,synchronous,and summary"assessments,industry mentors and professional teachers collaboratively evaluate and provide feedback,enabling timely optimization of teaching content and methods.Course development and practice demonstrate that a multi-faceted approach effectively transforms students'theoretical knowledge into engineering capabilities,yielding positive teaching outcomes and laying the foundation for the exploration of reforms in applied graduate education.
