市区狭小地铁深基坑二氧化碳致裂绿色施工管理研究 被引量:1

摘要 市区狭小地铁深基坑CO_(2)致裂施工环保要求高,社会影响大,绿色施工十分重要。为保障CO_(2)致裂绿色施工,基于现场试验初步设计了Φ83 mm CO_(2)致裂管致裂参数,确定了施工顺序分区,明确了CO_(2)致裂绿色施工定义并制定了绿色施工评价体系;从环境保护、噪声控制、施工气体排放及防扬尘、土方开挖及运输保障六个方面展开详细讨论,总结提炼了CO_(2)致裂绿色施工管理要点并提出应对措施,创新性提出“安全防护罩及通风系统”以防治噪声与扬尘。文章进一步完善了市区内深基坑CO_(2)爆破绿色施工管理体系,提出的“安全防护罩及通风系统”可为类似工程施工提供参考。 The CO_(2) fracturing construction in the deep foundation pit of a small metro in the urban area has high environmental requirements and social impacts,so green construction is very important.In order to ensure the green construction of CO_(2) fracturing,the preliminary design ofΦ83mm CO_(2) fracturing pipe fracturing parameters based on the field test,the construction sequence and zoning,the definition of green construction of CO_(2)fracturing and the evaluation system of green construction are clearly defined.The detailed discussion is carried out in six aspects,namely,environmental protection,noise control,construction gas emission and dust prevention,earth excavation and transport security,and the key points of green construction management of CO_(2) fracturing are summarized and refined with countermeasures proposed.The paper summarizes and refines the key points of green construction management and puts forward countermeasures,and proposes“safety cover and ventilation system”to prevent noise and dust.This paper further improves the green construction management system of CO_(2) blasting in deep foundation pits in urban areas,and the proposed“safety cover and ventilation system”can provide reference for similar projects.
