响应面法优化罗丹明B废水处理工艺研究

摘要 文章采用硝酸改性活性炭,以改性活性炭吸附处理含罗丹明B模拟废水。在单因素试验结果基础上,选取初始pH值、投加量和处理时间进行3因素3水平的Box-Behnken中心组合设计实验和响应面分析。研究结果表明,优化的3因素对罗丹明B脱色率影响显著依序为pH值>改性炭投加量>处理时间;罗丹明B处理的最佳工艺条件是:pH值13、投加量10.26 g/L、处理时间74.53 min,搅拌速度为650 r/min,处理温度25℃,在此条件下,罗丹明B的脱色率为96.93%,实测值与预测值相对偏差仅为0.27%,响应面优化其处理工艺可行。 The study activated carbon was modified by nitric acid,Rhodamine B simulated wastewater was treated by nitric acid modified activated carbon.On the basis of the single-factor test results,different pH,application and treatment times were selected to carry out 3-factor 3-level Box-Behnken center combination design experiments and response surface analysis.The results were analyzed by response surface methodology with design expert.The effect of the three factors on the removal rate of Rhodamine B is that pH>modified activated carbon dosage>time.When the initial concentration of Rhodamine B in waste water is 20 mg/L,the optimal parameters are as follows:pH was 13,the mass of modified activated carbon was 10.26 g/L,the temperature was 25℃,the time was 75.43 min.Under these conditions,the removal rate of Rhodamine B can reach 96.93%.The relative deviation between measured value and predicted value is 0.27%,it is feasible.
