基于生态系统评价生态保护修复工程体系构建研究——以西辽河上游流域为例 被引量:1

摘要 针对西辽河上游水环境恶化、水土流失严重、生态系统功能退化、农村生活污染等一系列生态问题,根据自然地理状况和长期的生态建设实践,揭示流域生态内部生态系统服务本质问题。从而进行山水林田湖草沙生态保护与修复工程建设,通过生态系统问题识别与功能评价,科学有针对性的进行生态修复分区,建立适宜本工程的生态修复技术体系,治标治本,达到科学治理、生态修复目的。整体改善区域生态环境质量,提升生态系统服务能力,优化国土空间布局,为流域生态修复和保护提供科学依据。 In view of a series of ecological problems such as water environment deterioration,serious water and soil loss,ecosystem function degradation,rural life pollution,etc.in the upper reaches of the Xiliao River Basin,this paper reveals the essence of ecosystem services within the basin ecosystemaccording to the physical geography situation and long-term ecological construction practice.The construction of ecological protection and restoration projects for mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes,grasslands,and sands will be carried out.Through the identification and functional evaluation of ecological system problems,targeted ecological restoration zoning will be scientifically carried out,and an ecological restoration technology system suitable for this project will be established to address the symptoms and root causes in order to achieve the goals of scientific governance and ecological restoration.This paper aims to achieve overall improvement of regional ecological environment quality,enhancement of ecosystem service capacity,optimization of land spatial layout,and provision of scientific basis for ecological restoration and protection of river basins.
