Modernization is an effective way to eliminate the appearance of Laos as a backward agricultural country and to improve people's living conditions.Since leading the people of all ethnic groups in Laos to establish the socialist system of people's democratic dictatorship,Lao People's Revolutionary Party has taken the initiative to fulfill its role,always maintaining the enthusiasm for modernization,forging a strong leadership core with Marxism-Leninism as the scientific guidance for modernization,adhering to the people's position,to rally the people's will,and resolutely improving the poverty and backwardness of the country and its people to promote development.Lao People's Revolutionary Party will follow the path of peaceful development to expand channels of international cooperation and exchanges,create favorable conditions for Laos'modernization,and earnestly promote the country's prosperity.
