From the historical background and the object of the reform,the nearly 40 years of Chinese reform led by the CPC and the Soviet Union reform are the two most worthy of comparison.Chinas reform is not only a symbol of the characteristics of the times,but also highlights history with its characteristics of bearing significant turning points,national prosperity,and social development.However,Soviet reforms ended in failure.Based on comparative analysis,it can be seen that the success of Chinas reform lies in following the four laws that socialist reform must follow.In terms of principles,strategic choices,methods and paths,and effectiveness of reforms,Chinas reforms have surpassed those of the Soviet Union,making it a rare successful example in the history of world socialist reform,which also holds an important position in the development history of world socialism.
