虚拟文化空间风险研究综述:现状与展望

A Review of Virtual Cultural Space Risk Research:Present Situation and Prospect

新一代信息技术的蓬勃发展带来了虚拟文化空间的繁荣,但同时伴随着文化数据外泄、知识产权侵犯、云演艺网络盗播、数字藏品炒作、个人隐私泄露等一系列危及国家文化安全的风险,引起越来越多学者的关注。采用文献计量法对国内外虚拟文化空间风险主题文献进行梳理,整理归纳出虚拟文化空间风险的研究脉络、内容和特征。近十年来,虚拟文化空间风险研究主题包括虚拟文化空间的概念及实践、虚拟文化空间风险特征、风险评价、风险治理等;虚拟文化空间风险研究具有突出的时代特征、体现本土化特色、国内研究与国外大致同步、国内外研究均处于起步阶段等特点。在此基础上,结合虚拟文化空间发展实践,针对现有研究呈现出的研究内容较为分散、评价方法科学性不足及风险治理研究不够深入等现象,提出未来应加强对虚拟文化空间风险的系统性研究、风险评价方法及评价体系研究、风险治理理论逻辑及治理效能研究。

The vigorous development of the new generation of information technology has brought prosperity to virtual cultural space,but at the same time a series of risks endangers national cultural security,such as cultural data leakage,infringement of intellectual property rights,cloud performing arts network theft,digital collection speculation,personal privacy disclosure,etc.,which has attracted more and more scholars'attention.The paper adopts literature measurement method to sort out the literature on the risk of virtual cultural space at home and abroad and summarizes its research context,content,and characteristics.In recent ten years,the research topics of virtual cultural space risk include the concept and practice of virtual cultural space,risk characteristics,risk evaluation,risk governance,etc.The study of virtual cultural space risk has the prominent features of the times,embodies the attributes of localization,and domestic and foreign research are roughly synchronous and in the initial stage.The existing research shows that the research content is scattered,the evaluation method is not scientific enough,and the risk governance research is not thorough enough.For this reason and combined with the development practice of virtual cultural space,it is proposed that the future study should strengthen the systematic research on the risk of virtual cultural space,the risk evaluation method and evaluation system,and pay attention to the risk governance theory logic and governance efficiency.
