Deep integration of new generation information technology and manufacturing industry:challenges and responses

推进新一代信息技术与制造业融合发展,是推动我国制造业高质量发展的有效途径,是建设现代化产业体系的重要引擎,也是构筑国际竞争新优势的重要抓手。我国高度重视制造业数字化转型并取得积极进展。然而由于制造业数字化转型的试错成本相对较高,所需要的软硬件基础设施仍然存在短板,核心关键技术能力仍有不足,数字化人才欠缺等问题,我国制造业数字化转型整体而言水平依然较低并呈现较大的差异性。本文提出,下一步要准确把握制造业的行业特点和发展阶段、更加注重工业互联网的赋能带动作用、完善制造业数字化转型的共性基础支撑服务、更好发挥政府的引领与保障作用,以推动新一代信息技术与制造业深度融合。

Promoting the integrated development of a new generation of information technology and manufacturing industry is an effective way to promote the high-quality development of China’s manufacturing industry,an important engine for building a modern industrial system,and an important starting point for building new advantages in international competition.China attaches great importance to the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry and has made positive progress.However,due to the relatively high trial and error costs of digital transformation in the manufacturing industry,the required software and hardware infrastructure still has shortcomings,core key technical capabilities are still insufficient,and digital talents are lacking,the overall level of digital transformation of China’s manufacturing industry is still low and shows great differences.This paper proposes that the next step is to accurately grasp the industry characteristics and development stage of the manufacturing industry,pay more attention to the enabling and driving role of the industrial Internet,improve the common basic support services for the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry,and better play the leading and guarantee role of the government,so as to promote the deep integration of the new generation of information technology and the manufacturing industry.
