数字经济动态演进及其对工业绿色转型的影响

Dynamic Evolution of Digital Economy and Tts Impact on Industrial Green Transition

基于2011—2019年中国279个地级市数据综合测度数字经济及工业绿色转型水平,运用固定效应模型、中介效应模型、门槛模型分析数字经济对工业绿色转型的影响特征。结果如下:(1)中国城市数字经济水平呈稳步上升态势,但城市间差距逐渐扩大,不同类型城市演进具有一定的时空惯性。(2)数字经济可以显著地促进工业绿色转型,并通过推动产业结构升级、提升绿色创新能力、减少工业环境污染三条路径推动工业绿色转型。(3)数字经济对工业绿色转型的影响具有异质性,相较中部和西部地区,数字经济对东部地区工业绿色转型的促进作用更强,对城市群内部影响更为显著;数字经济对工业绿色转型存在边际效应递增的非线性特征。

Based on the data of 279 prefecture-level cities in China from 2011 to 2019,the digital economy and industrial green transformation level were comprehensively measured.Fixed effect model,intermediary effect model and threshold model were used to analyze the influence characteristics of digital economy on industrial green transformation.The results are as follows:(1)the digital economy level of Chinese cities is rising steadily,but the gap between cities is gradually widening,and the evolution of different types of cities has a certain space-time inertia.(2)Digital economy can significantly promote industrial green transformation,and promote industrial green transformation by promoting industrial structure upgrading,enhancing green innovation capability,and reducing industrial environmental pollution.(3)The impact of digital economy on industrial green transformation is heterogeneous.Compared with the central and western regions,the digital economy has a stronger promoting effect on industrial green transformation in the eastern region and a more significant impact on urban agglomeration.Digital economy has a nonlinear feature of increasing marginal effect on industrial green transformation.
