长江经济带应急产业集聚对经济高质量发展的影响研究——兼论技术创新的中介效应

The impact of emergency industrial agglomeration on high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River economic belt——Mediation effect based on technological innovation

地区经济高质量发展受到多方面因素的影响,而应急产业集聚对经济高质量能够起到积极的促进作用。为探讨长江经济带应急产业集聚对经济高质量发展的影响和中介作用机制,基于长江经济带省级面板数据,运用固定效应模型进行实证检验。研究结果显示:长江经济带应急产业集聚能够显著促进经济高质量发展,但该影响存在地区异质性,同时应急产业集聚对经济高质量发展的影响存在空间溢出性;应急产业集聚可以通过技术创新推动经济高质量发展,技术创新发挥了中介作用。因此,应通过推进城镇化建设、建设地区协同网络、促进企业技术创新等途径推动应急产业集聚,增强集聚对经济高质量发展的空间溢出效应,助力地区经济高质量发展。

Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the Party Central Committee has consistently prioritized the advancement of high-quality development along the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The Yangtze River Economic Belt,one of the most economically active and innovative economic zones,increases a robust flow of innovative factors.Enhancing the regional emergency response capacity and elevating the level of disaster prevention and response not only improve the living standards of local residents and decrease economic damages resulting from major disasters,but also significantly contribute to the high-quality growth of the regional economy.To comprehensively investigate the influence and underlying mechanism of emergency industry agglomeration on high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,this paper performs empirical tests and theoretical research.
