综合护理在Delta内镜腰椎融合术围手术期的应用

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Perioperative Period of Delta Endoscopic Lumbar Fusion Surgery

目的探讨综合护理干预在Delta内镜腰椎融合术围手术期的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2020年1月至2022年1月我院收治的行Delta内镜腰椎融合术治疗的腰椎退行性病变病人120例的临床资料,将采用常规护理的病人纳入对照组,采用综合护理干预的病人纳入观察组,每组60例。观察比较两组病人术前及术后3、6和12个月疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、Barthel指数、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)及住院时间。结果两组末次VAS评分、Barthel指数和ODI均较术前明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组住院时间、术后各时间点的VAS评分、Barthel指数、ODI比较,观察组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腰椎退行性病变病人行Delta内镜腰椎融合术的围手术期应用综合护理干预,可有效减轻疼痛,促进术后功能恢复,使病人早日回归正常生活。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the perioperative period of Delta endoscopic lumbar fusion surgery.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 120 patients with lumbar degenerative lesions who underwent Delta endoscopic lumbar fusion surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022.They were divided into two groups based on their nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing treatment,while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention treatment.The perioperative visual analogue scale(VAS),Barthel index scores,Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI),and hospitalization time in two groups were observed.Results The VAS score,Barthel index,and ODI in the two groups were significantly improved compared to those before surgery(P<0.05).Comparison of hospitalization time,postoperative VAS score,Barthel index,and ODI between the two groups showed that the observation group was better than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients undergoing Delta endoscopic lumbar fusion surgery for lumbar degenerative diseases,comprehensive nursing intervention during the perioperative period can effectively reduce the degree of pain,promote postoperative functional recovery,and enable patients to return to normal life as soon as possible.
