摘要
依托某50MW凝背机组,开发了适用于低压的300mm长叶片。采用数值模拟,对比了初始方案与优化方案次叶片的流场,改进了静动叶攻角,提高叶片效率0.6%。利用有限元软件完成了强度分析,保证了叶片的安全性。
Based on a 50MW condensing-back pressure unit,a 300mm long blade suitable for low pressure is developed in this paper.By numerical simulation,the flow field of the initial scheme and the optimized scheme is compared,the attack angle of the static and dynamic blades is improved,and the blade efficiency is increased by 0.6%.By using finite element software,the strength analysis is completed to ensure the safety of the blade.
