摘要
通过数值模拟的方法分析了调节阀结构对气动性能的影响。三维稳态结果表明阀座与出口管道之间的过渡段结构对压损影响较大。优化后的调节阀总压损失比原方案降低了0.3%。并为后续阀门设计提供了参考。
Influence of structure of control valve on aerodynamic performance are investigated numerically in the present work.Three-dimensional steady-state numercial results show that the shape of conewhich between valve rod and outlet of pipeline have a greater influence on pressure loss.Compared to the original case,the optimized case reduces the pressure loss by 0.3%.Analyze the performance of the control valve to provide reference for subsequent design.
