ACP1000压水堆压力容器下封头制造工艺过程控制研究

摘要 ACP1000堆型秉持“能动与非能动相结合、双层安全壳、0.3g抗震要求”等国际先进设计理念,成为我国自主知识产权的第三代先行堆,其压力容器亦进行了系统改进,技术指标更为严格。而下封头由于服役环境恶劣、承担严重事故条件下堆内高温熔融物重量载荷等,对所用材料的性能及制造工艺过程控制提出了极高要求。ACP1000压力容器下封头采用RCCM 16MND5低合金钢,主要从冶炼、锻造、热处理、冲压和检验等关键工艺环节对该下封头的制造工艺过程控制进行了研究,提出了关键制造工艺参数以及过程控制要点,为ACP1000压水堆压力容器下封头的制造提供了有利参考。 ACP1000 type of reactor adhering to the"Active and passive combination,double containment,0.3g seismic requirements"and other international advanced design concepts,as our independent intellectual property rights of the third generation of the first reactor,the reactor pressure vessel has also been systematically improved,and the technical index is more strict.Because of the bad service environment and the heavy load of the high-temperature molten material in the pile under the condition of serious accident,the lower head demands the high performance of the material and the control of the manufacturing process.The lower head of ACP1000 reactor pressure vessel is made of RCCM 16MND5 low alloy steel,in this paper,the manufacturing process control of the lower head is studied from the aspects of smelting,forging,heat treatment,stamping and inspection,it provides a favorable reference for the manufacture of the lower head of ACP1000 reactor pressure vessel.
