Epidemiology and Disease Burden of Follicular Lymphoma

滤泡性淋巴瘤(FL)是非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)常见的亚型之一,具有进展缓慢、反复复发的特点,早期患者预后较好。由于各种阻碍,全球范围内的FL流行病学特征尚未清晰,本研究旨在检索和梳理国内外关于FL患者流行病学(包括发病率和患病率等)、经济负担、生命质量的文献,以更好地了解FL的疾病现状。

Follicular lymphoma(FL)is a common subtype of Non-Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL),has the characteristics of progress slowly,recurrent frequently,and the prognosis is better in patients at early stage.For various reasons,the globally epidemiological characteristics of FL are not clear yet.The purpose of this study is to search and review the literatures on the epidemiology of FL patients(including incidence and prevalence),economic burden,and quality of life to better understand the disease status of FL.
