目视化管理模式在中医治疗室医院感染管理中的应用

Application of Visual Management Mode in Hospital Infection Management in Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Rooms

目的:分析目视化管理模式在中医治疗室医院感染管理中的应用效果。方法:选取江西省中西医结合医院内康复一科、康复二科、皮肤科为研究对象,其中2020年10月至2021年5月为常规组(采取常规管理方法干预),2021年6~11月为目视化管理组(采取目视化管理模式干预)。比较两组《中医治疗室院内感染质控检查表》质控结果及微生物监测结果。结果:目视化管理组管理要求、工作人员手卫生执行情况、消毒隔离、无菌操作技术、医疗废弃物管理、职业暴露情况各项评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);目视化管理组微生物监测合格率为82.47%,高于常规组的48.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施目视化管理模式后中医治疗室医院感染管理工作质量显著提升,从而进一步降低医院内感染发生率。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of visual management model in hospital infection management in traditional chinese medicine treatment rooms.Method:We selected the rehabilitation department 1,rehabilitation department 2 and dermatology department of Jiangxi Province integrated traditional chinese and western medicine hospital as the research subjects.From October 2020 to May 2021,we served as the conventional group(intervention with routine management methods),and from June to November 2021,we served as the visual management group(intervention with visual management mode).Compared the quality control results and microbial monitoring results of two sets of"Quality control checklist for nosocomial infection in traditional chinese medicine treatment room".Results:The scores of management requirements,staff hand hygiene implementation,disinfection and isolation,aseptic technique technology,medical waste management and occupational exposure in the visual management group were higher than those in the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The qualified rate of microbial monitoring in the visual management group was 82.47%,higher than 48.85%in the conventional group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:After implementing the visual management model,the quality of hospital infection management in traditional chinese medicine treatment rooms has significantly improved,thereby further reducing the probability of hospital infection occurrence.
