红色资源保护利用研究——以韶关市始兴县沈所镇为例

Red Resource Protection and Utilization Research——A Case Study of Shen Suo Town,Shixing County,Shaoguan City

保护和利用好红色资源,助力革命老区高质量发展。近年,在始兴县委县政府的领导下,多个职能部门和团体对沈所镇红色资源开展了保护利用工作,在修缮红色遗址、挖掘红色史料、盘活红色资源等方面取得了显著成效。然而,受研究力量、基础条件、经济发展水平、人才缺乏等诸多因素影响,在红色精神内涵提炼、开发层次、产业融合、宣传教育、人才培养方面还有待提升。为进一步推动沈所镇红色资源的保护利用,需深入挖掘红色资源的精神内涵,持续提升红色资源开发层次,积极促进红色资源有机融合,切实加大红色资源宣教推介,着力聚焦红色资源人才培养。

Protecting and utilizing red resources is an important way to promote the high-quality development of old revolutionary areas.In recent years,under the leadership of the Shixing County Committee and the County Government,multiple functional departments and organizations have carried out protection and utilization work on the red resources in Shensuo Town,achieving significant results in repairing red sites,excavating red historical materials,and revitalizing red resources.However,influenced by factors such as research capabilities,basic conditions,economic development level,and lack of talents,there is still room for improvement in extracting the spiritual connotation of the red spirit,developing the utilization level of red resources,integrating red resources organically,promoting publicity and education on red resources,and cultivating talents in these areas.To further promote the protection and utilization of Shenzu Town's red resources,it is necessary to deeply explore the spiritual connotation of red resources,continuously improve the utilization level of red resources,actively promote the organic integration of red resources,effectively increase publicity and education on red resources,and focus on talent training related to red resources.
