关于阿尔茨海默病睡眠障碍的文献计量及可视化分析

A Bibliometric Analysis Study of Sleep Disorders in Alzheimer's Disease

目的:阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)是全球最常见的引起老年人痴呆的疾病,AD与睡眠障碍存在着密切的关系,AD患者常常伴随着睡眠障碍,而睡眠障碍又可能加重AD症状,甚至加速疾病发展。方法:检索Web of Science核心合集数据库中1999~2022年关于“睡眠障碍”和“阿尔茨海默病”的关键词,发表类型仅限于英文“article”,使用citespace软件对国家、机构、期刊、作者、关键词和文献等进行了可视化分析。结果:根据纳入标准,最终纳入1118篇文献。AD患者睡眠障碍研究文献数量呈上升趋势,《JOURNAL OF ALZHEIMERS DISEASE》发表了最多的相关论文,美国处于这项研究的前沿,发表的论文数量最多,宾夕法尼亚大学是发文量最多的机构。此外,AD合并睡眠障碍的机制是该领域专家们高度关注和研究的重要方向,睡眠-觉醒周期、快速眼动睡眠和慢波睡眠与β-淀粉样蛋白和tau蛋白水平的关系备受关注。结论:AD与睡眠障碍关系密切。本文为学者选择研究方向提供了有价值的参考,有助于推动阿尔茨海默睡眠障碍的研究进展。

Objective:Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a common cause of dementia worldwide.Sleep disorders are frequently present in AD patients,which may exacerbate AD symptoms and accelerate the disease’s progression.Methods:Keywords on"sleep disorders"and"Alzheimer's disease"from 1999 to 2022 were searched in the Web of Science core collection database,and the publication type was limited to English"article".Then visual analysis was performed on countries,institutions,journals,authors,keywords and literature.Results:A total of 1118 articles were included according to the inclusion criteria.The number of research papers on sleep disorders in AD patients is on the rise,and the Journal of Alzheimer's Disease has published the most related papers.The United States is at the forefront of this research,with the largest number of publications,and the University of Pennsylvania is the institution with the largest number of publications.In addition,the mechanism of AD combined with sleep disorders is an important direction for experts in this field to pay close attention to and study.The relationship between sleep-wake cycle,rapid eye movement sleep,slow wave sleep andβ-amyloid and tau protein levels has attracted much attention.Conclusion:AD is closely associated with sleep disorders.This paper provides a valuable reference for researchers to choose research directions,and helps to promote the research progress of sleep disorders in Alzheimer's disease.
