Research on the Development of Cultural Industry in Industrial Cities——Taking Liuzhou as an Example

发展文化产业是建设文化强国的必由之路,文化产业所生产的文化产品体现国家和民族的文化追求和价值判断。近年来,文化产业与其他产业融合成为文化产业发展的新态势。柳州是一个老牌工业城市,具有汽车、冶金、制造等众多资源优势,文化产业发展基础相对薄弱,面临发展动力不足、融合度不高、区域优势不明显、市场主体不够活跃等问题。该文根据这些困境提出了发展路径:优化制度供给,完善文化产业市场体系;资源深度共享,开拓融合产业边界;科技引导,以工业化思维育新板;通过文化产业打造网络长红城市等。因此,大力发展文化产业对于柳州的经济转型和升级具有重要意义。通过研究柳州市文化产业的发展现状、存在的问题和发展路径,可以为柳州及其他工业城市文化产业的发展提供参考和借鉴。

Developing the cultural industry is the only way to build a strong cultural country,and the cultural products produced by the cultural industry reflect the cultural pursuit and value judgment of the country and the nation.In recent years,the integration of the cultural industry with other industries has become a new trend in the development of the cultural industry.Liuzhou is an old industrial city with numerous resource advantages such as automobiles,metallurgy,and manufacturing.The development foundation of the cultural industry is relatively weak,facing problems such as insufficient development momentum,low integration,unclear regional advantages,and insufficient market activity.This article proposes a development path based on these difficulties:optimizing institutional supply,improving the cultural industry market system;deeply sharing resources and exploring the boundaries of integrated industries;technology guidance,cultivating new boards with industrial thinking;building a network renowned city through the cultural industry.Therefore,vigorously developing the cultural industry is of great significance for the economic transformation and upgrading of Liuzhou.By studying the current development status,existing problems,and development paths of the cultural industry in Liuzhou City,reference and inspiration can be provided for the development of the cultural industry in Liuzhou and other industrial cities.
