复方丹参滴丸联合替格瑞洛对冠心病心绞痛患者大动脉僵硬度及血管内皮功能的影响

Effects of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with ticagrelor on arterial stiffness and vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris

目的探究复方丹参滴丸联合替格瑞洛对冠心病心绞痛患者大动脉僵硬度及血管内皮功能的影响。方法选择2021年2月至2022年4月收治的80例冠心病心绞痛患者为研究对象,根据入院时间将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组接受常规治疗加替格瑞洛,观察组在对照组基础上给予复方丹参滴丸治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的颈股脉搏波传导速度(cfPWV)、踝臂脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)低于对照组,踝臂指数(ABI)大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的内皮素-1(ET-1)、血管内皮细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)水平低于对照组,血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的心绞痛持续时间短于对照组,心绞痛发作频率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸联合替格瑞洛治疗冠心病心绞痛可改善患者大动脉僵硬度及血管内皮功能,调节心肌损伤标志物表达,缩短心绞痛发作持续时间,降低频率,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effects of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with ticagrelor on arterial stiffness and vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods Eighty patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris admitted from February 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the admission time,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment and ticagrelor,and the observation group was treated with compound Danshen dripping pills on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the carotid femoral pulse wave velocity(cfPWV)and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity(baPWV)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the ankle brachial index(ABI)was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of endothelin-1(ET-1)and vascular endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1(VCAM-1)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the duration of angina pectoris in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the frequency of angina pectoris was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pills combined with ticagrelor in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris can improve arterial stiffness and vascular endothelial function,regulate the expression of myocardial injury markers,and shorten the duration of angina pectoris,reduce the frequency,which is worthy of promotion.
