复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病急性心肌梗死的效果及对心肌损伤标志物的影响

Effect of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with trimetazidine in treatment of acute myocardial infarction of coronary heart disease and its influence on myocardial injury markers

目的探讨复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病急性心肌梗死的效果及对心肌损伤标志物的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2021年1月收治的84例冠心病急性心肌梗死患者,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采用常规治疗+盐酸曲美他嗪片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合复方丹参滴丸治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、心肌损伤标志物水平及心功能指标。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的73.81%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌红蛋白(MYO)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的cTnI、NT-proBNP、CK-MB、MYO水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的LVESD、LVEDD小于对照组,LVEF高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病急性心肌梗死疗效满意,不仅能够降低心肌损伤,还能促进心功能恢复,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of compound Danshen dripping pills combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction of coronary heart disease and its influence on myocardial injury markers.Methods A total of 84 patients with acute myocardial infarction of coronary heart disease admitted from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy+trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was treated with compound Danshen dripping pills on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,levels of myocardial injury markers and cardiac function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 73.81%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of cardiac troponin I(cTnI),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)and myoglobin(MYO)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of cTnI,NT-proBNP,CK-MB and MYO in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,LVESD and LVEDD in the observation group were smaller than those in the control group,LVEF was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pills combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction of coronary heart disease has satisfactory curative effect,it can not only reduce myocardial injury,but also promote the recovery of cardiac function,which is worthy of promotion.
