基于罗森塔尔效应的护理干预结合反馈式健康教育对子宫肌瘤行子宫切除术患者疾病自我感受负担及心理压力的影响

Influences of nursing intervention based on Rosenthal effect combined with feedback health education on the disease self-perceived burden and psychological pressure of patients with uterine fibroids undergoing hysterectomy

目的探讨基于罗森塔尔效应的护理干预结合反馈式健康教育在子宫肌瘤行子宫切除术后的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月至2021年12月收治的90例子宫肌瘤行子宫切除术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组接受常规护理结合反馈式健康教育,观察组在对照组护理方案基础上加施基于罗森塔尔效应的护理干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的自我感受负担量表(SPBS)各维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于罗森塔尔效应的护理干预结合反馈式健康教育可缓解子宫肌瘤行子宫切除术患者的疾病自我感受负担及心理压力,降低并发症总发生率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on Rosenthal effect combined with feedback health education on uterine fibroids after hysterectomy.Methods A total of 90 patients with uterine fibroids undergoing hysterectomy from July 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing combined with feedback health education,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on Rosenthal effect on the basis of the nursing program of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of the Self-Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on Rosenthal effect combined with feedback health education can alleviate the disease self-perceived burden and psychological pressure of patients with uterine fibroids undergoing hysterectomy,and reduce the total incidence of complications,which is worthy of promotion.
