行为动机转换理念指导下的康复护理在急性化脓性阑尾炎患者中的应用效果及对术后并发症的影响

Application effect of rehabilitation nursing under the guidance of behavioral motivation transformation concept in patients with acute suppurative appendicitis and its influence on postoperative complications

目的探讨行为动机转换理念指导下的康复护理在急性化脓性阑尾炎患者中的应用效果及对术后并发症的影响。方法选取2021年2月至2022年2月诊治的80例急性化脓性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予行为动机转换理念指导下的康复护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组的抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总依从率高于对照组,术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论行为动机转换理念指导下的康复护理在急性化脓性阑尾炎患者中的效果显著,能有效改善负性情绪,提升治疗依从性,加快康复速度,且还可有效降低并发症发生风险,提升康复效果。

Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing under the guidance of behavioral motivation transformation concept in patients with acute suppurative appendicitis and its influence on postoperative complications.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute suppurative appendicitis who admitted from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing under the guidance of behavioral motivation transformation concept on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The postoperative anal exhaust time,ambulation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation nursing under the guidance of behavioral motivation transformation concept has a significant effect in patients with acute suppurative appendicitis,it can effectively improve the negative emotions,improve treatment compliance,promote rehabilitation speed,and can also effectively reduce the risk of complications and improve rehabilitation effect.
