全民阅读助力乡村文化振兴:价值机理、现实障碍与因应策略

倡导阅读一直是中华民族的文化传统。乡村振兴,文化先行。全民阅读是助推乡村文化振兴的不竭动力、基础工程和根本力量,两者在内生发展理念、长效发展目标方面存在战略关联机制。在助力乡村文化振兴的实践进程中,全民阅读仍存在阅读(知识)素养和阅读文化贫弱、基层公共阅读服务设施持续发展乏力且服务不畅、公共阅读服务生态欠佳且数智化水平不高等现实障碍。高效实现全民阅读助力乡村文化振兴的赋能效应,应强化思想引领,共筑多元阅读文化价值体系;推进资源整合,提升阅读服务协同治理能力;拥抱数智技术,增进全民阅读文化实践效能;细化业务规程,培育新型公共阅读服务业态。

Advocating reading has always been the cultural tradition of the Chinese nation.Cultural revitalization is a prerequisite for rural revitalization.National reading is the power source,basic project,and fundamental force to boost the revitalization of rural culture.Nathanism in terms of endogenous development idea and long-term development goals.However,in the process of promoting rural culture revitalization,national reading is still faced with practical barriers:poor reading(kional reading and rural culture revitalization have a strategic linkage mecnowledge)literacy and reading culture,the sustainable development channel of public reading service facilities is blocked,poor public reading service ecology,and the public reading service ecology is not very well and the level of digital-intelligence is not high.In order to effectively realize the enabling effect of national reading on rural culture revitalization,we should strengthen ideological guidance and jointly build a multi-cultural value system of reading;promote resource integration,and improve the collaborative governance capability of reading services;embrace digital-intelligence technology,and improve the practical effectiveness of national reading culture;refine business procedures,and cultivate new public reading service forms.
