粉末冶金法制备的碳纳米管增强镁基复合材料的微观组织及力学性能研究

Study on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Carbon Nanotubes Reinforced Magnesium Matrix Composite Materials by Powder Metallurgy Method

摘要 以粉末冶金法制备的碳纳米管增强镁基复合材料为研究对象,利用扫描电子显微镜等手段对其微观组织进行表征,并采用力学性能测试方法对其力学性能进行测试和分析。结果显示,加入适量的碳纳米管可以有效地提高镁基复合材料的力学性能,同时也能够改善其微观组织结构。本研究为镁基复合材料在工业应用中的推广和发展提供了一定的理论依据和实验基础。 The carbon nanotube reinforced magnesium based composite material prepared by powder metallurgy method was used as the research object.Its microstructure was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and other means,and its mechanical properties were tested and analyzed using mechanical performance testing methods.The results show that adding an appropriate amount of carbon nanotubes can effectively improve the mechanical properties of magnesium based composites,while also improving their microstructure.This study provides a theoretical and experimental basis for the promotion and development of magnesium based composite materials in industrial applications.
