摘要
新型BTW1耐磨板具有较大的耐冲击、抗剥落以及抗破碎性能,非常适用于刮板输送机中部槽中板的应用。BTW1耐磨板属于高锰钢,含碳量较高,其焊接性较差。与中部槽槽帮之间的焊接属于异种材料之间的焊接,需要特殊的焊接工艺才能保证其焊接质量。通过分析材料的化学成分,并进行焊接性试验和力学性能试验,结果表明:通过MIG焊接工艺,采用Ar+5%CO_(2)混合气体,可以防止电弧发生飘移现象,保证焊缝之间的融合质量。采用强制冷却的办法,可以降低焊道之间的层间温度,保证了各自母材的综合性能。
The new BTW wear-resistant plate has great impact resistance,peeling resistance and crushing resistance,which is very suitable for the application of the middle trough plate of the scraper conveyor.BTW wear plate belongs to high manganese steel with high carbon content,resulting in poor weldability.The welding with the middle groove side belongs to the welding between dissimilar materials,which requires special welding process to ensure the welding quality.By analyzing the chemical composition,weldability test and mechanical property test of the two materials,the results show that using Ar+5%CO_(2)mixed gas through MIG welding process can prevent the drift of the arc and ensure the fusion quality between the welds.The method of forced cooling can reduce the interpass temperature between the weld beads,which ensures the comprehensive properties of each parent metal.
