摘要
为实现采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES法)同时测定煤焦中钾、钠、磷、铁、锰、钛的含量,需研究各元素间相互干扰的情况。采用盐酸、氢氟酸、硝酸、高氯酸进行样品分解,在稀盐酸介质中进行测定;通过确立分析方法、确认基体匹配、选择仪器最佳测定条件、进行样品分解等实验,对检测曲线标液中的共存钾、磷元素干扰进行了分析研究,并对共存干扰元素进行了校正;此方法线性范围宽,可一次进样且同时测定多个元素,线性相关系数均≥0.995,相对标准偏差均在2%以下,加标回收率在96.15%~101.93%。实验研究表明,该方法简单、快速,检测结果准确可靠,满足了日常检测需求。
In order to achieve the simultaneous determination of potassium,sodium,phosphorus,iron,manganese,and titanium in coal char using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES),it is necessary to study the mutual interference between various elements.Samples were decomposed using hydrochloric acid,hydrofluoric acid,nitric acid,and perchloric acid,and measured in dilute hydrochloric acid medium.By establishing analytical methods,confirming matrix matching,selecting the optimal measurement conditions for instruments,and conducting sample decomposition experiments,the interference of coexisting potassium and phosphorus elements in the detection curve standard solution was analyzed and studied,and the coexisting interference elements were corrected.This method has a wide linear range and can simultaneously determine multiple elements in a single injection.The linear correlation coefficients are≥0.995,the relative standard deviation is below 2%,and the recovery rate for spiking is between 96.15%and 101.93%.Experimental research has shown that this method is simple,fast,and the detection results are accurate and reliable,meeting the daily detection needs.
