摘要
为进一步探究铜冶炼污泥的有效处理路径,以某地铜冶炼污泥为例,针对其高砷污泥的现状,从废弃物再利用的研究角度入手,通过配比混料、注模和压制成型等工艺流程对其进行固化,而后探究不同实验参数对固化工艺效果的影响。结果显示:当固化工艺中的三乙醇胺添加量设定为0.03%、水泥和污泥的质量比为1∶1、氧化钙的添加量为1%时,铜冶炼污泥固化所获得的试样具有更为突出的力学性能,其力学参数符合建筑材料的相关要求。在后续的固化工艺中,可参考以上参数做进一步探究。
In order to further explore the effective treatment path of copper smelting sludge,taking a copper smelting sludge from a certain area as an example,the current situation of high arsenic sludge was studied from the perspective of waste reuse.It was solidified through process processes such as proportioning mixing,injection molding,and compression molding,and then the influence of different experimental parameters on the solidification process effect was explored.The results show that when the addition amount of triethanolamine in the solidification process is set to 0.03%,the content of cement and sludge is 1:1,and the addition amount of calcium oxide is 1%,the samples obtained from copper smelting sludge solidification have more outstanding mechanical properties,and their mechanical parameters meet the relevant requirements of building materials.In the subsequent curing process,the above parameters can be referenced for further exploration.
