工业机器人谐波减速机柔轮用钢的研发

摘要 兴澄特钢利用独有的高纯净冶炼、大断面连铸和大压缩比轧制等核心技术,成功开发了高端工业机器人谐波减速机柔轮用钢,并在纯净度和组织均匀性方面,与国外进口材料进行了质量对比。结果表明:兴澄材料在氧含量和微观夹杂物方面明显优于国外进口材料;兴澄采用了三种工艺改善材料微观偏析,轻压下工艺能有效减轻材料偏析程度;采用轻压下工艺,兴澄材料的带状组织呈弥散分布,无贯穿性视场,且带宽较细,带状组织之间硬度差的控制明显小于国外进口材料。 Xingcheng Special Steel has successfully developed high-end industrial robot harmonic reducer flexible wheel steel using unique core technologies such as high-purity smelting,large cross-section continuous casting,and high compression ratio rolling.In terms of purity and organizational uniformity,it has compared the quality with imported materials from abroad.The results show that Xingcheng material is significantly superior to imported materials in terms of oxygen content and micro inclusions.Xingcheng has adopted three processes to improve the micro segregation of materials,and the light reduction process can effectively reduce the degree of material segregation.By using the soft reduction process,the banded structure of Xingcheng material exhibits a dispersed distribution,no penetrating field of view,and the bandwidth is relatively fine.The control of hardness difference between the banded structures is significantly smaller than that of imported materials.
